Refunds

Is your order eligible for exchange, refund or store credits? 

  1. Returns:
    • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 1 week of receiving.
    • All items must have their tags on them.
    • Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  2. Refunds:
    • These items can be exchanged for the same item if it is in stock or receive a 30 day store credit.
  3. Processing Time:
    • All refunds, store credits, and exchanges will be issued within 48 hours after the return is processed.
